How Payment Works
A 20% deposit confirms your booking; the balance is due 14 days before arrival. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay — all processed in AUD via secure payment links.
Cancellations are free up to 72 hours before arrival on most services. Full windows and refund tiers are detailed in our refunds policy, and general conditions in our terms of service.
